How to Make Liquid Paint and Liner:

Transform a dry pressed powder colour into a paint or liquid liner instantly. So helpful when eye liner pencils in the colour you want aren’t available. Prevents colour fallout.

·       Dispense a drop or two of mixer on clean surface or small dish.

·       Wet eye shadow brush (that fits the part of the eye you will apply the colour to) with fluid. Rub brush onto one side of pressed powder eyeshadow to pick up pigment.

·       Mix and test mixture by painting on the back of your non-working hand to ensure a smooth fluid consistency.

·       Press, paint and polish the colour onto eyes and face.

·       Don’t over blend to avoid separation.

·       Layer a dry application of same colour (from other side of eyeshadow) with a new clean brush over top for a heightened, seamless and foil like finish.

Mixing with Loose Powder Colour:

·       Pour out a small amount of loose pigment onto a clean, flat and non-porous surface/palette.

·       Dispense one or two drops into colour.

·       Mix well with a brush.

·       Test on hand to ensure a smooth fluid consistency.

·       Press, paint and polish onto eyes and face.

·       Don’t over blend to avoid separation.

·       Layer a dry application with a new clean brush over top for a heightened and seamless finish.

Mixing with Loose Glitter:

·       Use mixing fluid as a base to adhere loose glitter to eyelids, face and lips.

·       Apply a thin film to center of the eye lids.

·       Press finger into glitter jar to compress and pick up a good amount. Tap off excess.

·       Press to eye lid. Repeat for intensity and smoothness.

·       Diffuse or refine edges until desired effect is achieved.

As a Makeup Restorer:

·       Dispense a drop of mixer into evaporated product to begin melting the product.

·       Use the back end of a brush (or makeup spatula) to mix the formula from the bottom and sides of the jar to the top. Like mixing a cake batter.

·       Carefully add additional drops one-by-one until the consistency is smooth and creamy.

·       If you have been mindful with this step the product could be ready for use.

·       If the mix seems to loose, place cap on securely and set aside for product to solidify overnight.
